Pastor, Bob Strauss
Thanks so much for checking out our website. We have so much that we want to share with you. Having served as a pastor for over 30 years, I was appointed to Jarrettown as Senior Pastor in 2014. What a joy it is to share in ministry with the folks here in our community! My passion is helping people reach their full potential as followers of Jesus Christ.
My wife, Laurie, and I have been married for almost 30 years. We have two wonderful children, one amazing grandson, and two beautiful granddaughters. I love spending time with my family “down the shore” and have a special weakness for a good pizza.
I hope to see you in church. God bless!
Ministry Director, Jean Graber
I live with my family in Dresher. I have worked in church ministry most of my life and I love it. Along with working with the Adult, Tweens and Youth Ministries, I am working with Lisa as she learns about the many aspects of Children’s Ministries.
I am also enjoying working with the staff and volunteers who are dedicated to the ministries and missions at Jarrettown. If you would like to get involved in any of Jarrettown’s ministries or have a new idea, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Being involved in your church’s ministries is a great way to grow Spiritually with God, to build relationships with your church family and to find opportunities to do outreach and serve with others.

Praise Band Leader, Frank Malfi
Probably one of my favorite Praise Band songs of all time is “In Christ Alone”. While perhaps not the most current song played on the KLOVE radio station, it is one that speaks to my heart and how I feel about the presence of the Lord in my life. As the Praise Team leader I get the awesome privilege to lead a very praise worthy group of team members that equally love the Lord who sing and play with the understanding that it’s not about the performance but rather how we allow the Spirit to move each of us during our contemporary worship. Having spent many years in a corporate environment working for several banks, a few high tech firms, a consulting company and now returning to Dun & Bradstreet once again, I love spending time learning about Christian music and applying that faith-filled knowledge in our worship. I’m usually leading the service with my acoustic or electric guitar (and sometimes a ukulele) but I am joined by an awesome bunch of musicians and singers as well. I’m currently married to Cheryl (who is also a praise band singer) and we are recent grandparents to our first grandson, Calvin. We hope to see all of you at the contemporary service and we are very much looking forward to meeting each of you and your families!
Administrative Assistant, Wendy Hamilton
I have been a member of Jarrettown UMC, along with my family, since 1998. When my son and daughter were young, I worked in direct sales, and then in the Horsham School district for several years. From there I joined the Real Estate industry for 9 years as an assistant to the broker.
In 2013 I joined the staff at Jarrettown UMC. I have enjoyed the many challenges, working with the wonderful Jarrettown Staff, and having the opportunity to grow closer to the Jarrettown congregation.
